Founder & Director

Rajwant Bains

Rajwant brings over 30 years’ experience in leadership development, management development, equity and inclusion, leading major organisational change programmes as well as a systemic lens to all aspects of her work.

Rajwant had a successful career in academia during which she was Course Director and member of the Race and Social Policy Unit at University of Liverpool. The pioneering work of the Unit on racial justice means equity, diversity and inclusion are embedded and integrated in all aspects of her leadership development work.

Rajwant has a track record of designing and delivering highly successful Leadership Programmes and coaching assignments for a range of clients across many different sectors including academia, global philanthropies (including George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, Clean Air Fund), NHS, Professional Services including Deloitte, Asset Management, and insurance.

Her expertise is grounded in over twenty years of experience in challenging discrimination through research, philanthropy, campaigning/advocacy, strategic litigation, collaboration and centring marginalised voices.

Dr Emma Sedgwick

As an executive coach, it’s their mission to help people achieve their professional goals and reach their potential within their organisation. They work collaboratively with individuals and with teams, enabling them to use their talents and determination effectively to make lasting, positive changes. Will is highly experienced in coming alongside leaders and helping them make progress in the things that matter most. He partners leaders to develop their self, social and systems awareness, and combines these insights with practical, high impact action plans that deliver results.

Uche Ezichi is an executive coach, speaker and facilitator with 15+ years of experience working in and with FTSE 100 companies and leading business schools. He is an internationally certified coach by both ICF and Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is an executive with the prestigious INSEAD Executive Coaching Centre. The clients he has worked with delivering both individual and group coaching include IFC (International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group), Generali, KONE, LFR (Leading for Results Open programme).

Christopher Smith

Chris has 30 years’ experience as a coach, consultant and business leader, working with a wide range of industries, in the private, public and third sectors. His consulting and coaching work encompasses organisation change, executive team, and leadership development. He most enjoys working with people and teams to help their businesses meet strategic goals, while being great places to work and caring for our environment. Clients greatly value his care forthem, and his ability to connect strategic and systemic perspectives with the personal.

Sarah Perrott is a certified executive coach through the Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS). APECS is an international top level professional membership body for executive coaching, supervision, and advisory services to corporate organisations.

Dr Terry Graynorth

Terry has over 30 years of international business experience. A successful and broad career has seen him working across a range of business structures and management challenges. Now focused exclusively on executive coaching, until recently Terry ran his coaching business alongside his role as a Director in the Global Head Office of EY, the global accounting and consulting firm.

Charlotte Ellis

Charlotte is a business psychologist and executive coach, with over 25 years’ experience working in the field of talent assessment and development. Based in the UK, she has accumulated significant experience working internationally in geographies that includes Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, with particular experience in central and eastern Europe.
