Sarah’s preferred coaching approach is from a psychodynamic perspective augmented with models and tools including all the lenses of Type (made popular through the MBTI questionnaire). These include cognitive processes, interaction styles and dominant preferences. Sarah’s includes this with insights from Neuroscience and the research from HeartMath on resilience and wellbeing.
Sarah specialises in working with coaches enabling them to manage their energy rather than their time and working out what the means on a practical and day to day basis. In particular in the developing resilience and wellbeing. Sarah uses a variety of psychometrics - when they provide an added value and greater insight to the process and client. She is energetic, pragmatic, commercial, value-based, goal-focused and a keen advocate for individuals and the teams she coaches. She has excellent influencing and presentation skills and board-level credibility. Sarah has a passion to see people flourish and be the best in their particular situation. She has a supportive, highly positive but direct and honest style.
Moreover she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, fully accredited with the British Psychological Society, a certified NLP practitioner and a licensed HeartMath provider.
