Systemic Team Coaching
We believe that systemic team coaching can help enrich and enhance the performance of teams. We work with organisations to drive growth through insight at an individual, team, strategic and senior organisational level.
“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.”

How it Works
The global pandemic has highlighted the need for leaders to lead at times of huge uncertainty, change and increasing complexity. Whilst it is not always possible to plan for such events as the global health pandemic it is certainly possible to upscale your organisation’s leadership team with our leadership development programs that utilise a wide array of tools to deploy effectively the skills in any given situation. Making the right decisions at the right time and boosting the confidence of the team have never been more important.
By making leadership development central to your organisational strategy, you are ideally placed to identify and nurture these qualities across the organisation, thus giving you the means to prepare for the future with future leaders who have the skills and capabilities to deliver on the organizational goals.
Our Expertise
We have a team of professional and expert associates who are well equipped with the knowledge and skills set to understand all the ins and outs of your needs. Our team provide bespoke programmes tailored to our clients needs and the particular challenges faced by their organisation and it’s leadership.
Increasingly there is a shift to “Systemic Team Coaching” for Leadership Teams to agree the ‘shared purpose’ with mutual accountability and inter-dependency to deliver business results. The approach moves beyond individual competence and capability to enabling teams to bring a systemic lens to addressing key challenges.
Rajwant is a GTCI trained practitioner of Professor Peter Hawkins’ Systemic Team Coaching programme. The work is with the whole team - both when they are together and when they are apart to:
· Help improve their collective performance;
· Improve how they work together;
· Improve how they develop their collective leadership and
· Effectively engage with all their key stakeholders.
We are adept at using a range of powerful techniques to develop reflective practice which build both competence and capability. Participants are able to evaluate and address real-life challenges and dilemmas through peer learning. Participants have told us that they find such techniques so valuable that they continue forums such as action learning after completing the program.
