How it Works

The need for high calibre leadership development - particularly in environments characterised by high uncertainty and interdependency - has never been more necessary. We partner with clients to enhance leadership capability of current and future leaders so they have the capability to deliver the organisation's purpose and goals.  

Our Expertise

Our approach is for participants to learn from their own experiences - through reflective practice - as well as making available latest thinking/models/frameworks and research in the field of leadership development to enable them to respond effectively to the challenges within the system. It is our ability to build psychological safety within the group that enables participants to share their experiences in service of each other’s learning and become ‘allies in learning’ – well beyond the duration of the programme.  

We are adept at building reflective practice capability and so that participants are able to respond effectively to real-life challenges and dilemmas.

All RKB programme leaders have held senior roles across different sectors and are able to bring their personal experiences as a resource in service of the client. All our programmes take account of, and respond to, different learning styles.
